FRUIT SALAD 
1 box orange Jello
1 box tapioca pudding (not instant)
1 big can peaches
1 big can pineapple chunks
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 cantaloupe
1 honeydew melon
Several bananas

Add 3 cups of fruit juice drained from canned fruit to the orange Jello and tapioca pudding. (If not enough, add water.) Let sit for 5 minutes before cooking. Stir constantly until boiling. It thickens as it cools. Add drained fruit to pudding mixture.
