ENCHILADAS 
12 soft taco shells
2 can hot dog sauce
Hamburger (1 lb.)
Onions, chopped
Muenster cheese, sliced

Brown hamburger; drain the grease. Put small amount of hamburger on the taco shell, add a few onions and a slice of cheese. Roll shell and place seam side down in 9"x13" rectangle pan. Continue until all shells are used. Spread hot dog sauce evenly over the top of shells. Layer cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
