2 (15 oz.) cans LeSueur early peas
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese, cut into sm. blocks
3 lg. eggs, boiled and diced
Pimento for color (optional)
Miracle Whip salad dressing

Mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl, adding Miracle Whip until you reach desired consistency. Chill before serving. Great addition for holidays and also during hot, summer months.
