FOCACCIA 
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Grease 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Stretch and press bread dough to fit pan. With fingers, poke deep holes in dough at 1 inch intervals. Place small piece of garlic in each hole. Drizzle oil over dough and brush lightly to distribute. Sprinkle cheese over dough. Let rise in warm place until double, about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake until brown, 18-20 minutes. Cut into 2 x 3 1/2 inch strips. Serve warm. About 20 pieces.
