HOT CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 oz. chili powder
1/16 oz. cayenne pepper
1/8 oz. cumino
Bay leaf
1 lb. 9 1/2 oz. canned kidney beans
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 chopped onion
Beef bouillon to taste
1/2 chopped green pepper
2/3 lb. canned tomatoes
1/4 lb. canned tomato paste
1/4 lb. canned tomato puree

Brown meat. Add spices and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
