HOT BAKED FRUIT 
29 oz. can pear halves
29 oz. can pineapple rings
29 oz. can apricot halves
1 jar spiced apple rings
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 whole stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled

Taking some juice from each fruit (especially from the apple rings, for color), reserve 6 tablespoons liquid. Combine flour and sugar. Layer fruit in large casserole dish, sprinkling flour and sugar mixture over each layer.

Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Top fruit with this mixture and spoon reserved juices on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
