PINK CHAMPAGNE SALAD 
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
16 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple
Few drops red food coloring
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Stir together whipped topping and dry pudding mix. Combine with strawberries and pineapple, including juices. Mix with food coloring and marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate. If desired, freeze until ready to serve.
