CHICKEN-PINEAPPLE BOAT 
12 oz. cooked chicken, cubed
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks (juice pack), chilled & drained
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
3/4 c. Zesty salad dressing

In salad bowl combine chicken, pineapple, green pepper and water chestnuts. Pour zesty dressing over chicken mixture. Toss lightly. Makes 4 servings. 201 calories per serving.
