1 large pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. frozen strawberries
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Mix jello, water, pineapple and strawberries together. Pour 1/2 of mixture into a 9 x 13 glass dish and let set. Spread sour cream over top. Then pour rest of mixture over sour cream and let set. After it's set, cut into squares and place on lettuce leaf in a salad plate.
