SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
4-5 lb. chicken wings, cut into thirds, discard tips
1 stick butter
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix in small saucepan over low heat until sugar melts. Arrange wings in single layer (might take several pans). Pour liquid over chicken wings. Bake about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn chicken wings over once during baking.
