UNCOOKED FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. seeded raisins
1 lb. pitted dates
1 lb. shelled walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. figs
1 lb. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. salt

Put first 5 ingredients through food chopper using medium knife. Add vanilla and salt. Put all together in bowl and knead well. Put in pan or mold. cover and put weights on top. Refrigerate for 2-3 days before using. This keeps well if it lasts that long!
