PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked

Mix all ingredients together and pour between 2 pie plates. Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
