HEALTHY LIME PIE 
1/2 c. lime juice
1 carton (12 oz.) Light & Livey fat free cottage cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk

CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed (about 11-12 double crackers)
1/4 stick butter

Crush crackers in ziplock plastic bag. Melt butter in 9 x 11 inch pan in oven. Mix crackers and butter in pan and press to make crust. Put in oven for 10 minutes (oven can be hot, but turned off). Let cool.

In blender add juice first, then cottage cheese and blend until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend until thoroughly mixed. Chill 30 minutes. Pour into crust. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
