TURKEY POT PIE 
1 c. butter, melted
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 qt. hot turkey broth (6 cans chicken consomme)
1 1/2 qt. milk
1 cubes chicken bouillon
3 qt. turkey
2-3 pkgs. mixed vegetables

Melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, hot broth. Add milk and bouillon. Cook until thickened. Add meat and vegetables. Add poultry and sage for seasoning. Cook in shells for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. This is good over toast and also freezes well.
