FUDGY M & M BARS 
2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. M&M'S®
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Combine oats, flour, sugar, pecans and soda. Mix well. Add butter and stir until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of crumb mixture. Press remainder in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add 1 cup M&M'S®. Cook, stirring constantly. Press candy with back of spoon to break up. Remove from heat; stir in Eagle Brand milk. Spread over crust.

Combine reserved 1 1/2 cup crumb mixture and remaining M&M'S®. Sprinkle over top of crust and press lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
