OLIVE TARTS 
2 c. grated sharp cheese, cheddar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika

Blend cheese and butter. Stir in flour and mix well. Add paprika; dough will form. Wrap 1 tablespoon of mixture around each olive to completely cover. Freeze firm. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and place directly in on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Can keep in freezer a long time.
