CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Fresh broccoli
3 c. chicken or turkey, cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Place a layer of fresh broccoli in bottom of casserole. Top with chicken or turkey. Mix soup, lemon juice and cheese, then pour over chicken. Toss the bred crumbs in the melted butter and layer on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
