STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. crushed strawberries (about 1 qt. whole)
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 box Sure-Jell

Stir crushed berries and sugar together in large bowl. Bring water and Sure- Jell to boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add to fruit and stir 3 minutes. Some sugar crystals may remain. Pour into seven medium glasses. Cover tightly with lids. After 24 hours place in refrigerator. If jam will not be used within 3 weeks, store in freezer.
