STRAWBERRY JAM 
2 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 box Sure-Jell

Stir berries and sugar in large bowl. Bring water and Sure-Jell to a boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Add to fruit and stir 3 minutes. Place in 7 medium glasses and cover tightly. If jam is not used in 3 weeks this may be stored in the freezer.
