SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. yellow summer squash
1 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. sage (do not omit)

Cook and drain squash. Mix other ingredients (save half of the cheese). Add to squash. Put in baking dish, sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.
