HOW TO FREEZE CORN | |
4 qt. corn, cut off cob 4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 3 c. water 1/4 lb. butter Mix all ingredients together; corn does not need blanching - just cut off cob and use fresh. Bring to a boil; then simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Put in desired containers and freeze. |
