BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Kellogg's Raisin Bran cereal
2 sticks melted butter
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. May be stored in refrigerator up to six weeks and baked as needed. Bake as needed in muffin tin lined with paper cups. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
