SWEET AND SPICY PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
2 onions, sliced
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 c. seedless golden raisins
Salt and pepper

Render small amount of fat from pork chops in a heavy skillet. Brown pork chops. Remove from pan; add onions and cook until soft. Return chops to pan with remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook about 30 minutes until pork is tender and thoroughly cooked.
