SWEET AND SPICY DUNK 
1 lb. Western franks
1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade
1 (10 oz.) jar apple jelly
1/4 c. horseradish
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. cornstarch
Pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Cook the above until it comes to a boil. Add the franks which are cut at a slant, 1 or 1 1/2 inch. Heat for 1/2 hour. Serve warm.
