NO FAT BANANA RAISIN COOKIES 
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. apple juice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. (Batter will be a little stiff.) Drop by teaspoon on a non stick cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Store in air tight container.
