1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
1 egg, unbeaten
1 stick soft butter
1 c. mashed, over ripe bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Empty about half the cake mix into a mixing bowl. Add the egg, butter and mashed bananas. Blend well. Add the remaining mix and blend again. Stir in the chips and nuts. Drop the batter by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 12 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Yield: 4 dozen.
