POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 sour cream cake mix (white or yellow)
1 box lemon instant pudding (May use 2 boxes if you wish)
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup poppy seed

Put all together in bowl and mix for 4 minutes. Grease and sugar an angel food cake pan.

Bake 1 hr. at 350°F.
