CORN FRITTERS 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Powdered sugar

Mix together all ingredients except sugar. Drop the dough by heaping teaspoon into hot grease. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and then sprinkle with sugar.
