CORN FRITTERS 
THICK FRITTER BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. melted fat or oil

Blend dry ingredients in bowl. Mix eggs, milk, and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add 1 cup corn. Heat oil in deep fat fryer. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat. Serve with syrup or confectioners' sugar.
