CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4-5 chicken breasts
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 cukes, sliced thin
4 sticks celery, sliced thin
2 bunches green onions
2 cans water chestnuts
2 bags slivered almonds
1 bag (12 oz.) chow mein noodles

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. MSG
4 1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. sesame seed

Boil 4-5 chicken breasts. Cool and shred. Mix together dressing and pour over all other ingredients.

This makes enough to serve approximately 12 people.
