HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked
4 slices cooked ham
2 c. cream sauce
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Arrange cooked broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Ham over broccoli. Prepare cream sauce and add cheese, mustard, salt and onion; stir over low heat until cheese melts. Pour over ham. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

CREAM SAUCE: Melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 1/4 cup flour; mix well. Add 1 tablespoon minced onion and stir in 1 1/2 cups milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cook over low heat 5 minutes and stir in 1/2 cup cream or evaporated milk. Makes 2 cups. For thinner sauce increase milk to 2 cups.
