OLYMPIC FLOUNDER | |
6 (8 oz.) filets of flounder Melted butter Dill weed 1/2 white onion for each filet (finely diced) Mayonnaise Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter sheet pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle with diced white onion. Place fish on top of onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your taste. Use a rubber spatula to place mayonnaise on top of fish. Sprinkle with dill weed. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. |
