CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
8 to 10 chicken breasts
20 oz. chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
chicken bouillon
garlic powder
parsley
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese
paprika

Boil chicken with chicken bouillon, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Cool and cut up chicken. Cook broccoli and let cool. Mix soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese and lemon juice. Mix this with chicken and broccoli and put into 9 x 13 dish sprayed with Pam. Top with Parmesan cheese, paprika and butter.

Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
