PINEY CREEK SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 lb. sausage
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 - 1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
paprika
1 1/4 c. hash brown, thawed
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Cook sausage, drain and crumble. Layer in an ungreased 9 x 12 inch pan. Sausage, then hash brown, followed by cheddar. Beat eggs with milk, salt & pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan, then paprika.

Bake uncovered at 375°F for 25 - 35 minutes till set or golden.
