SEVILLE ASPIC 
2 pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice only
2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 c. finely diced celery
1 c. med. finely diced avocado
1 (4-5 oz.) jar stuffed pimento green olives, sliced

Mix all ingredients in order listed. Stir until well mixed. Pour into lightly oiled mold. Chill overnight. Unmold onto plate of flat lettuce or spinach leaves. Serves 8.
