POOR MANS LOBSTER | |
4 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 lb. trout (fillet) Bring 4 cups water to boil. Add salt and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Bring back to boil and add 1/4 pound trout (fillet) and boil 5 minutes. Dip in butter and eat. |
