BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage, sm. links
6 eggs
2 c.m ilk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 slices bread, cubed - with butter

Fry sausage and drain fat. Cut sausage into small pieces. In another pan scramble eggs with 1 cup milk and 2 slices of bread cubed with butter. Mix remaining milk and bread with the 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour over cooked eggs with sausage. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top of all and bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes.
