MINIATURE HAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

FILLING NUMBER ONE:

3 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/3 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring water and butter to a rolling boil in saucepan. Add flour. Cook over low heat until mixture forms a ball, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth and glassy. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and dry. Cool on wire rack. Combine filling ingredients and chill in refrigerator. Split puffs. Remove soft center. Fill with ham mixture.

FILLING NUMBER TWO:

4 c. ground ham
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sweet relish

Mix together and fill puffs with this mixture or mixture number one.
