MOLASSES PUDDING 
3 eggs
3/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. corn oil
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add molasses and flour to which the spices have been added. Add the oil to this and last of all the hot water. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done. Serves 12 to 15.
