CREOLE SEASONING BLEND 
3 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dried whole basil
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Store in an airtight container. Use to coat fish, beef, chicken before cooking. Above recipe makes 1/2 cup.
