EASY CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 onion
Flour
1 c. of oil
2 cans tomato soup
1 can cold water
Salt and pepper

Dip chicken in flour and brown in oil. Remove from oil. In large pot, add 2 cans of soup, 1 can cold water, 1 cut up onion. Place browned chicken in large pot. Add a little salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 1 1/2 hours with cover on. Stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
