PINEAPPLE COCONUT BARS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. softened butter

Combine flour, sugar, and butter. Mix together until mixture resembles crumbs. Pat into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Spread 1 cup drained pineapple over cooked crust. Mix egg, sugar, coconut, and butter. Spread over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
