STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 lg. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef or chicken or turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. raw white rice
1 c. light oven brown gravy

Precook peppers in boiling salt water for 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix meat, onion and celery in food chopper and mix with salt, Worcestershire sauce, rice and gravy. Stuff peppers. Bake in covered pan with 1/2 cup water at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until rice is done. You can soak the rice in very hot water while preparing other ingredients.
