BEET JELLY 
6 c. beet juice (drained from canned beets)
1 lg. box raspberry gelatin
2 boxes Sure Jell
1/2 c. lemon juice
8 c. sugar

Strain beet juice and combine with gelatin, Sure Jell, lemon juice and boil 1 minute. Then add sugar and boil for 6 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
