BIRTHDAY FROSTING 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat flour, sugar and milk to boiling point. Add Crisco and whip; cool. Then add powdered sugar and salt. Whip until desired consistency.
