MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce

Mix water and butter. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat, cool. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet, 11x15 inches. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. It will look like the moon's surface, don't prick.

Mix vanilla instant pudding with milk. Beat in softened cream cheese. Blend well. Spread on crust. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Top with whipped cream generously. Drizzle with chocolate sauce; looks like a huge chocolate cookie.
