CHICKEN DIVAN 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 lb. turkey/chicken
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sherry
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 pkg. broccoli

Melt butter in medium saucepan, blend in flour, cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture is smooth. Stir in chicken broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add wine and nutmeg. Fold in whipped cream and 1/2 cup cheese.

Place broccoli in ungreased baking dish. Top with chicken or turkey. Pour sauce over meat, top with remaining cheese. Set oven at broil, 550 degrees, broil 3-5 inches from heat until cheese is brown.

This recipe may also be made using cream of chicken soup instead of the sauce and when it is used this way the dish is less soupy and equally as good.
