NOODLE - BEAN SPROUT SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
7 oz. fine noodles, cooked and rinsed
16 oz. can bean sprouts
1/2 - 1 c. green or red peppers (or both), chopped
1/2 - 1 c. celery, chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked frozen peas

For dressing, mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix together remaining ingredients for salad. Marinate salad in dressing at least 3 hours. Before serving, add 1/2 to 1 cup salted peanuts or cashew nuts.
