CRAWFISH CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 egg, beaten
Salt to taste
1 c. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. green onions
2 lb. crawfish tails
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. mushrooms

Heat butter in skillet. Add onions and saute 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, green onions and crawfish tails. Cook 5 minutes. Add seasoning, mushrooms and parsley. Remove from fire and add 2 cups bread crumbs and egg. Stir to mix well. Pour into a buttered casserole and bake in a 300 degree oven for 25 minutes.
