MACARONI FRUIT SALAD 
1 box ring macaroni
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained but reserve juice
1 can fruit cocktail
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Day 1: Cook macaroni and drain. Cool. Cook eggs, sugar, flour, salt and pineapple juice until it gets quite thick. Pour over macaroni and refrigerate.

Day 2: Fold in drained pineapple, drained fruit cocktail, Cool Whip and marshmallows.
